Your access to and use of the Site is subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Conditions. MLC reserves the right to terminate any Account that is used in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

You should assume that everything you see or read on the Site is copyrighted material unless otherwise noted, and may not be used except as provided in these Terms and Conditions or in the text on the Site without the written permission of MLC. MLC neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with MLC.

iTunes In App subscription

MLC does not offer any in app subscriptions, but this app is to be used by its players to watch live scores, team performance stats, tournament progress and other information that is related to Major League Cricket or Minor League Cricket games.

MLC makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of any content on the Site, and assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site.

No Resale of Service

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Site or any use or access of the Subscription Services.

Choice of Law

The relationship between you and MLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions, with the exception of the dispute resolution procedures below which will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Severability

Integrated Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and MLC governing your use of the Site and Subscription Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and MLC regarding such use. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase other MLC services.
